Refund and Cancellation Policy
Payments and Return:
Customers Satisfaction is Our First Priority, in case of dissatisfaction from our products & services, customers have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
- All the handloom products purchased from the website should be unused and in original condition with price tag and packaging intact, in case the client wishes to return or exchange it. The tags should not be tampered with.
- The product will only be exchanged in case it is faulty. Also, it will be exchanged for only a similar type of product.
- In case you want to return a product which is not damaged or according to your order, you can contact us with Customer Service by email@example.com
- The returned items should carry along a copy of its original receipt. In case the product delivered to you is not in accordance to your original order, you should return it unopened and in saleable condition.
- The customer shall not be entitled to get postage and charges for product return and these will have to be borne by the customer himself.
- Clients must note that opened and used products are not entitled to exchange or return in any case.
- Please give us a period of 1-3 weeks from the day you return the package, to complete all the formalities and process the return. We will contact you by e-mail or phone once the return is complete,
- The claims for damage or shortage should be informed to the customer service on the day of delivery itself; otherwise, the product is not valid for return.
- The exchange will be done only on the address of original shipment.
- In case the product has been purchased as a part of a multi-pack/multi Sarees/Shirts/Dress Material, etc, and want to return one item, make sure to call us before shipping back the product to us in its original and unused condition.
- The money will not be refunded for the item in any case. Only exchange of items is allowed as per our policy.
- The returned items must be shipped to Our Store address. For Our Store Address Please write Back to Us at firstname.lastname@example.org
For Cancellations of any Order, please contact us Over WhatsApp (876-300-9696) or Email: email@example.com with your Order ID. Usually, we Process the Order Same Day of Placing the Order or Maximum within 24 hrs of time we Process the Order but If you want to Cancel any Order then Please Request us for the Cancellation within 24 hrs of time, Requests received later than 24 hrs will be void.
We always try our Best to Provide Best Quality Products and Service to our Customers. Before Listing any item on our site our Quality Control Team Cross check each and every product and then List on Our site. So rest assured about the Product's quality.
In case any Customer is not completely satisfied with our products we can consider for a refund after that Customer provides us a Satisfactory reason behind it. We will Initiate the refund within 7 Business Days.
If the payment paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
